Procrastination Deep Dive

Take charge, and stop letting procrastination make your choices for you

At the end of January I’m running a special offer on my deep dive coaching sessions for women who are struggling with procrastination.

Read more about my deep dive coaching sessions here.

Normally valued at £120, I’m offering 6 women the opportunity to book a session for just £40.

Along with everything that’s usually included in the deep dive session, they’ll also receive an additional 15 minute check in call 2 weeks after our session.

This is for the woman who…

  • Has something new they want to create in their life, or a change they want to make. This desire is like a niggle that just won’t go away, but every time they make the plan to start, they come to a standstill

  • Feels like they are frozen. They get stuck in planning but when it comes to taking action, nothing really happens. They’re scrolling on their phone, watching re-runs of Friends and living out the same old routine, wondering when things are finally going to change.

  • Wishes that they had the self confidence of a straight, middle class, white man, (but not the lack of self awareness…).

  • Secretly wonders if they have what it takes, and if it wouldn’t just be easier to not even try.

If this sounds like you I’m going to let you in on a little secret:

Procrastination is not a problem

I know that your teachers taught you that putting off your homework was lazy and a sign that you’d never achieve anything in life.

But that’s just because they were taught to believe that their own procrastination was something to be ashamed of too.

In reality, procrastination is simply your body’s way of preparing you for the path you’re about to walk.

It’s letting you know that something within you isn’t on board with where you’re going, or that there is some important information you need to be aware of before you can proceed.

And when you learn how to listen closely, it lays out the path to where you want to go.

That’s why when you try to “power through” your procrastination, it often doesn’t work, at least not in the long term.

Because the information it has for you is so valuable that there’s no way it’s letting you skip that nugget of gold!

Procrastination is simply your body’s way of preparing you for the path you’re about to walk.

During our 90 minute deep dive embodiment coaching session, we’ll flip the traditional view of procrastination on its head, and welcome it like an old friend who has some great stories to tell.

Through guided meditation and embodied exploration, we will use movement, breath, awareness and sound to get underneath the repetitive loops that you’ve been circling through for weeks (or months, or years) already, and find out what’s really going on.

We’ll invite your body to reveal to us how you can reconnect to the flow of life, and move from stuck and stagnant, to flowing and growing

Together we’ll put together an action plan so that you can implement your new discoveries and start taking real action towards your goal - without feeling like you’re pushing a rock uphill!

What’s included?

  • One 90 minute embodiment coaching session.

  • The “How to Feel your Feelings” embodied meditation.

  • Follow up notes, post-session journal questions and a recording of the session (optional) within 24 hours.

  • The Procrastination Worksheet - for self coaching in moments when procrastination strikes.

  • A 15 minute follow up call 2 weeks after the initial session.

Sessions are available on Friday 31 January and Saturday 1 February.

If you want to book a session but neither of these days are possible for you, send me a message and I’ll see if we can find a time that works!

What Others Say

“I came to Sarah with a wondering about building my courage - specifically how to become more visible in my work and life, and take the risk of speaking up even when I might be misunderstood or maligned. Sarah was grounded, spacious and reassuring as she expertly guided me through the session. We alternated between speaking and embodied practices, and I especially appreciated how she knew there was more I needed to say on a topic, before I had clocked it myself. Slowly but surely, we discovered new metaphors and movements that can help me maintain my boundaries, and feel like I have my own back as I step into the spotlight. Thank you Sarah, your approach is empathetic, empowering, easeful to experience - and it works!”
