The Procrastination First Aid Kit

A gentle, nervous-system friendly toolkit to help you get unstuck

You know you want to take action.

You’ve talked about it for ages.

You’ve made a plan (or two, or three) and you’ve even put it in your calendar. But when the moment comes to just do it… you can’t.

Instead you end up...

  • Scrolling on your phone watching videos of other people doing things with their life - and feeling worse by the minute

  • Zoning out in front of Netflix, watching Gilmore Girls for the 17th time.

  • Suddenly deciding to deep clean your whole house - which you’re not mad about, but it’s not what you planned to do!

  • Deciding that this is the moment to finally clear out your email inbox - but it’s dark outside by the time you’re finished.

And at the end you’re left with the same question you’ve been asking yourself for ages “why do I keep procrastinating?!”

Most of the advice out there tells you to beat procrastination with productivity hacks or willpower tricks.

But if that really worked, you wouldn’t still be stuck.

The truth is, procrastination isn’t laziness or lack of discipline - it’s your nervous system doing its best to protect you.

Sometimes it slows you down, sometimes it shuts you off, sometimes it pushes back against pressure.

It’s not random and it’s not something to “fix” - but it’s also not the end of the story.

You see, you have an incredible amount of power, once you understand how your nervous system works, and what it’s using procrastination to do for you.

And when you learn how to listen to it, procrastination stops being a roadblock.

Instead it becomes your own personal GPS, guiding you down the swiftest path towards your goal.

I'm on a mission to turn procrastination from your worst enemy into your greatest ally, by helping you to tune into how it's speaking through your body - and what it really wants you to know.

My story…

I used to be great at getting things done for other people. But when it came to my own hopes and dreams, I was lost.

I spent years stuck in indecision!

And when I did finally make a choice, I would talk myself into action...hit a roadblock...and end up right back at the start.

Everything changed when I finally learned how the nervous system works and developed the skills to connect with my body.

I discovered that procrastination was never a flaw - it was an intelligent nervous system response.

And I finally learned the skills that I needed to help myself ease into action, rather than overriding my body and ending up in a cycle of hyperactivity and burnout.

These tools helped me take bold action in pursuit of the life I actually want to live. I overcame driving anxiety and got my first car, I left a job that was no longer right for me, and I started my own business.

I created the Procrastination First Aid Kit to share these same skills with you, so you can stop fighting yourself and start moving toward the life you truly want.
