'Just Do It' is a 3 month coaching programme where highly sensitive, feminist women finally do the thing that they've been putting off for forever - and feel great along the way! As part of the programme you'll receive... - Six 75 minute 1:1 embodiment coaching sessions (fortnightly) - Session summaries, journal questions and an at-home practice after every call - Lifetime access to The Procrastination First Aid Kit - The 'How to Feel your Feelings' embodied meditation - The 'Unravelling Patriarchy' at-home exercise - And a personalised moving meditation, bespoke to you and your unique path. Over the course of 3 months you'll go from feeling stuck, confused and a million miles away from achieving your goal - to feeling grounded in certainty that it's all coming together, truly enjoying the process of bringing your dream to life, and knowing that you're getting closer every day. Usual price: £600 The price you pay: £300 This is a 'Beta round' programme. What that means is I'm using it as a chance to explore and experiment with a new programme I'm creating. You'll still be receiving my usual standard of high quality coaching, but the delivery of course elements might just be a little messier than usual in some places! For example, you might receive materials in an email direct from me, rather than through a fancy automated system; we'll try out a few tools in our sessions that I'm still refining; and you'll get worksheets which haven't been nicely designed yet. The reduction in price reflects your patience with me as I work out the kinks! And the biggest benefit is that as I’m still developing the full content I’ll be tailoring everything to your needs, and you’ll be shaping the next round of the programme in the process!
